Cooking mama taught me how to make an authentic hanbagu from scratch, but that means I dont have to flex it i can just buy some nice borgs already made yee
Frying them in the pan
flippin and frying till they're well done on the outside
and then i'm going to make a quick and simple HANBAGU sauce with sake, beef gravy, soy sauce, ketchup and worcestershire sauce
just mixing it up in the pan with the meat juices
Really nice! I made the sauce slightly different from my cooking mama hamborg but this ones very nice too. The shop bought burger was kinda better than mine tbh. But its just a single burger on its own, room to fancy it up a bit i reckon.
