Fruity Hamburger is made from POWER STEAK and KEEL MANGO
Time for the rest of those hamburgers, but to include the mango i'm going to go with a two-pronged approach here. We've got the fruity mango sriracha sauce to use in place of the hanbagu sauce, and then we've also got some AMCHOOR which is powdered mango(!) which we can use as seasoning.
So yeah here's the burgers with some amchoor spreadd on 'em.
And I'll make up a little side salad for the garnish, I realise I didn't buy any dressing so hopefully this spicy coconut vinegar will make do. More fruity!
Yeah these are looking good! Not really as big as the hanbagus in the recipe are they but I still kinda like saving on time and a shit load of washing up this way.

Really nice! The tangy sauce goes great with a smoky burger, and the extra garnish kinda gives it the edge over the other recipe since its a little more like a meal.
