Spaghetti Plate is made from FRESH PASTA BUNCH
Plain pasta would be pretty weaksauce so ill use this recipe to make a basic pork & beef mince ragu. Since the pasta looked kinda brown I thought i'd get some wholewheat linguine.
I've diced garlic, onion, carrot and celery into tiny cubes using my vegetable chopper. Love this janky bitch what a time saver!

Then we add the mince.
once its browned adding in red wine, "beef stock" (well i only had vegetable stock it turns out), and tomato puree, and i added a little bit of worcestershire sauce as well
When its all had time to stew the pasta goes on as well.

A good, pretty standard spaghetti ragu tbh. Kind of wish I had gone harder on the wine and tomato in the end as it was fairly mild and safe in flavour. While typing this up i also just realised I had parmesan in the fridge I could have put on top. But oh well, this recipe called for basic and we provided basic!
