Item Description: Butter-soaked snails cooked to perfection.
Big W for lidl again, having some escargot! Not a lot of prep I can do for this one, wasnt about to hunt my own snails and these typically already come dressed and ready to heat.
These are indeed butter-soaked and garlic loaded, so I just pop them in the oven for 15min and they're ready.

About what I expected. Kind of like a cross between mussels and fried mushrooms. Small, meaty, and slightly bitter. Not really my thing, not really most people's thing... I guess if they were cheap instead of expensive you could put them in a risotto or on a pizza like an anchovy...? But nah, they are expensive and small.
